    Radiator Problems ??

Hope someone can advise. I have 1 towel rail that has three heating sections, only 2/3rds of the first section is hot and the rest is cold. I assumed it had air in it so tried to bleed it through the vent at the top. Air escapes for approx 5 secs then stops. If you undo the actual valve itself...

    Laminate and radiators.

When I fitted my laminate in the rest of my downstairs I had removed all the rads. I used a hole saw and placed the hole over the rad pipe and then put a covering trim over it which looks fine. In a room I am now doing the rad is already in place and I am not sure how to fit the floor round...

    Damp coming through floor

Yeah it is on an outside wall but there is no evidence of penetration from the wall, guttering run off or anything so can only presume it rises up from underneath the floor, and you might be right actually it does seem to be after heavy rain.....................

    Damp coming through floor

    Damp coming through floor

Having just self levelled an uneven floor this weekend I checked to see if it was all dry last night and noticed a small ( 12" by 6" approx) patch of damp in the corner of the floor. Now I remember seeing this area before just after construction but put it down to drying out / spilt water etc...
