freddy you only need a 25mm air gap under the triso between it and the plaster board and the usual 50mm above the 90mm that nochippy has installed. :) sorry, only the low posts but we all got to start somewhere :?

notnochippy has already installed 90mm insulation and with tri iso 10 will come up to regs and MAYBE if u got spelling correct i might take u more seriously :lol: :lol: :oops:

sounds like a nightmare but i would remove all rotten timber in the walls and replace brick or stone and sand and cement it all in to make walls good

no u should be ok as u have a20mm gap on the other side and u only really need a 12 to 15mm gap so u should have plenty of expansion room :)

if u have fire escape windows in the bedrooms should not be a problem but check with building control

hi what about stapling tri iso 10 to the under side of rafters costs a bit more but so easy to install .job done :)

hi if u have a loft conversion then the insulation must stay in place
