hey, Thanks for your reply. i dont see how the fan speed could go wrong unless some one had changed the PCB or the gas valve before me, which i dont think is the case. i wounder how to check the tacho signal??? Any vokera people out there. Many thanks g.

hey, its the 140 and the 360 no f. vaillant never said about conflict. could i get rid of the time switch and just use the vr65 and the roomstat?

your probably better off getting a BG out to fix it sound like you need a part. there expensive for pot boilers espically when there that old.

hey, are you sure the pump was broken??If so you could stillhave a air lock if its cutting out every hour, how big is your house?? the thing your tapping is the printed circuit board, it could be faulty relays could be sticking on it. Have you had the boiler repaired before? how old is it? and...

hey. do you have a gas cooker in the house? if thats working then its not the gas meter, more likley the gas valve or ionsation. if you dont have another gas appliance try the boiling water on the reg at the gas meter..

Your reglator could be frozen on your gas meter, is the gas meter out side? you could poor boiling water over the reglator or call bg network services....
