Hi, We've decided to take the old gas fire out and once removed found that the pre cast concrete blocks are sticking out over the wall line by about 4 inches. Am i ok to get an angle grinder to cut the blocks by about 5 inches, as this will still support. or will i have to get a lintel in to...
