Hi
I have a Potterton 60E boiler
* when working HW is OK, all Rads get hot
* Cyl Stat set at 60
* Room Stat set at 22
* Boiler Stat (front Dial) will not work unless v near to 0
* 3 way valve is new
* there is a bypass circuit even though there is a 3 way valve...is this right...
