    If they were in charge it would certainly keep people away! To be fair to Peter Sutcliffe he did help to keep the population down.

    It could cause issues, then so can any roof, but access isn't particularly difficult seeing as this is a bungalow. In respect to that, the relationship with the neighbours would be the biggest potential problem, as the easiest access would be from their flat roof.
