Forgot to say, British Gas quoted to install a 330+ boiler which apparently can be configured to different outputs.

Thanks all, my mistake, it's the Vaillant Ecotec 37kw, not Baxi Ecogen, think it's about £2k for that and the tank from looking at the internet. There's a cellar so changing the pipework downstairs should be easy, upstairs is more difficult (chipboard) and that's why he's not quoted for that...
