Hi I seem to be having damp at the top corner of my window, and really not sure what will be causing this as it way off the damp proof. I cant see any obvious leaks either. which trade would be best to take a look. Roofer? Builder? Window fitting company? thanks

I have thought of that and i can get some foam around the main pipe, but the other pipes that are there which i assume or the hot and cold water pipes are to close together to get any foam pipe lagging around. Is there away around this do you know. Thanks for the reply

Hi My water mains pipe comes up into our Kitchen extension, which gets really cold in winter and it froze last winter with all the snow we had. Directly in front of the water mains is a air brick were i assume the cold air is coming in and also the big hole around the pipes in the floor...
