You don't actually need an o'level to know EVs are fire risks. You just need to use youtube and see all the lithium batteries spontaneously combust. Who needs this kind of risk, especially in a hospital where there are lots of immobile patients?

You are asking for it. If you check the small print, you will find your house insurance is invalidated.

What's the difference? You do same with big battery. In your case, it is worst, you get fire risk thrown into the bargain. The EV would not just burn itself but would also set house on fire, plus the neighbour's house.
