Just changed my alarm panel and remote to the Accenta. Having a problem getting it to set to recognise the new codes. when the power is restored it accepts the new code to stop the actual alarm sounding, then it shows ' Tamper Fault Lockout'. when you put in user 1 & 2 codes it says...

I'm currently trying to sort out my phone extension and I've just bought some 3 pair cable, or so I thouwght. It looks like alarm cable, there is no color paring with bands. All the wires are solid colours. Can I use it? Thanks in advance
