Thanks 'matt1e'. Yes looks like the programmer is faulty. Now if I power on this programmer, out of 10 times, it shows the numbers 6 times and once it its ready when I turn on the CH, it triggers the ignition on the boiler, boiler runs for 2-3 mins and stops, also the programmer resets. But...
