Yes we carried out the fault finding checks to the manufacturers instructions!!!!! I cant see how the fault has got worse, maybe its a faulty board!! Just thought you guys could shed some light on the problem. thanks anyway.

Intermittent voltage to the fan (hunting) so spoke to technical help and they said replace board so we have fitted new board today but the problem is now worse no power at all to the fan :mrgreen: . Any help will be greatfull. thanks Steve

As the motor capacitor has been mentioned a couple of times I am wandering if it fails to start the motor intermittently maybe after a week or so and this is when lockout occurs!!

Hi again Unfortunately there is no filter on this particular danfoss oil pump! thats a first. I have checked the rope seals and all ok also carried out another combution check burning nice and clean not sure about what the CO2 should be but set at 10.9%. C how long it runs for this time!

Havnt cleaned the oil pump filter yet but will do that tomorrow. Thanks once again

This burner is fitted to trianco eurostar wm 50 in the wall boiler Serviced a month ago and keeps locking out at the control box, the boiler will run for a few days then lock out at any time in the day.It will restart after pressing the reset button. carried out another combustion test today...

Thanks for that tony. I am a gas safe engineer just need some help on this one, I have carried out several repairs to this boiler so far but this recent fault is a pain. BTW the pilot stays lit , its as if there is an interuption to the gas valve of electricity!! Steve

This is a very early model with the constant pilot. The fan and gas valve were replaced last year and now theres another problem, the flame is dropping out intermittently in both hot water and/or heating mode theres a loud clicking when this happens I assume this is the solenoid on the gas...
