What is the fastest way of replacing a defective diaphragm on a CB28x ? Is it possible to remove the pump to gain access to the flow valve assembly then seperate the flow valve casing without physically removing the flow valve component?

Just to clarify, the flow sensor is a 'hall effect' clip on part which fits over the flow sensor housing. This is the part that I have replaced. My understanding is that the paddle/turbine sits inside this housing and it is this that I need to gain access to. So my question is can the housing...
