    Worcester Bosch, Why Not?

Contract I work on is exclusively WB boilers. So work on nothing but. Like every boiler they have their foibles. Most of which can be eradicated by fitting onto clean system and fitting a mini expansion on cold mains ( left hand block and water turbine adaptor are prone to leaking otherwise)...

Boiler overheats when only UFH is on

As above could also be worth fitting a magnaclean and adding some fernox if not already fitted.

Powermax 155x not firing for central heating

Try squirting a bit of washing up liquid in the pump with the nut removed. Can help free things up. We used to have a fair few of these on a contact I worked on. if its never been serviced over the years just a heads up that the flues had a nasty habit of rotting worth checking/ getting...

    Help with brown DHW prob

. Unless the coils gone (unlikely) there shouldnt be much chance of any contamination its basically just copper. When cleaning header tank any crud/sediment will have been disturbed and will have to work through system couple of baths and it should be running clear again. Also make sure lids...

Combi Heating Problem. How Water Fine!

Can sometimes be better getting a fixed price repair from baxi once you take into account the price of a new pcb. Always worth having a look for scorch marks and checking harness connections

Combi Heating Problem. How Water Fine!

Could well be the pcb but would expect a lot higher reading on the thermistor around 12k (assuming it was taken with the water cool ?). The magnaclean sometimes have a black o ring undo and retighten bieng careful not to overtighten before you go down putting ptfe around.

    Boiler Condensate Drain

I think most installers would rather use an internal drain option where practical it saves drilling through a wall for one. Not always possible though. Should be in 1 1/4" Outside minimum anything less is just lazy.

Worcester 28i rsf combi not working!

Yes very likely that water gets on the fan or such like and trips the boiler electrics. You need to confirm if there is power into boiler and check the continuity of main pcb fuse (the white one ) ( this can be done with power off) if you are lucky there will be a spare fuse in the plastic...
