Cat trims I’d say are better. Not sure what’s going on with SR at the minute. Had problems with my last 3 orders. Twin trims the top section not on correct. Also scratches on bendy bulls.

Ardex NA is still the best for that situation. I use them all. Should have used 2 units really. Fball should have told you not to spilt a bag up and you won’t get the mix exactly correct. Are the tiles glued direct to the asphalt ?

Not sensible. You can’t use laminate underlay with LVT click. To soft and thick. You need LVT underlay if it doesn’t have one in. Go 9mm plywood or 6mm if it’s flat. Maybe go glue down LVT. Moduleo Layred and quickstep alpha are the best LVT clicks on the market.

Get the builder or the floorlayer to get the tiles up. Wet them , double bag them and you will be fine. Then do a Dpm butty as that floor needs it. It won’t come off if you use it correctly . Used it loads over the last few years. Make some no loose bits on the screed. Prime it as well so better bond.

Was the chipboard all level ? We tend to find chipboard is level as it’s new. So then we go 6mm ply and feather finish. How did he screed the floor? With a trowel or a pin leveller.

Hard one as it will depend on the sub floor and heights of each room to how level you can get the floor. Did he price to level the floor or smooth it.
