Height difference is 11mm.

I would prefer aluminium.

Stairrods UK 12mm Ramp profile would be perfect, available in Chrome, Bushed Chrome, Satin Nickel, Pewter or various gold finishes and Black.

Defo stairods , I used a 20mm drop bronze trim today. Perfect.
You can get a cheap alum ramp that will do it as well

They look nice, but nearly thirty quid each and I've got 6 to do so I'll need to find something cheaper.

Universal Ally Ramps will do the job but will look like what they are, cheap!

Have a look at CAT profiles or possibly Gripperods Premium range, they may be a bit cheaper than Stairrods UK

Have a look on the all in all trim website for cheaper trims. Are all the doorways short of the doorway like the picture ? You will need to notch the trim around the door moulding.
