Where have you connected Fan SL ? Have you connected 12V fan to mains or mains fan to 12V transformer ? I havent ,cos it says just connect to L and N .because the SL is in the main ceiling rose ,i only have one pull cord to switch the lights and fan on. There is L N from fan to trans...

First of all you got it flagged by a builder ? builders think they can do everything!! ...wrong ... there average at many things but never a master . You should have got a paviour of professional hard landscaper . The job youve had done is very poor ,it should be laid on sand cement screed...
