Hey Jibbeh, Yeah the keypad is turning on and displaying ********* and the rio has the green power led on as well as the red communication light. Tried connecting the rio to the panel with a straight through 1 - 1/2 - 2 cable but the keypad doesn't change, and the rio isn't picking it up...

Using a multimeter... Two fuses on the psu itself, one fuse in the AC supply terminal, one in the fused spur ? Correct ? Unless there's one I've missed ? Alex.

Well the problem is that there is no power getting to the keypads and PIRs so at first I thought that it was a fuse, but after checking the fuses they're all ok, so that left the psu itself, but after trying your s1 - s1 trick, and putting the keypad on the rio supply, still nothing...

Hey jibbeh, Just tried s1 - s1, no luck, is it possible that when the psu died it damaged the control board ? Thanks, Alex.

Hey Alarm, Thanks for the speedy reply, Sorry I should have put some more details into my original post, It's a classic 500 pcb with the 6 pin jumper lead from psu to the control pcb. So it's most definitely DC to the board. Alex.
