Hotpoint VTD00G Tumble Dryer not heating or stopping

Hi all, I have a Hotpoint VTD00G tumble dryer (its quite a basic one). Recently I found that the timer would stop going round whilst the tumble dryer was running, meaning the tumble dryer would run indefinitely. The only way to stop it was to manually move the timer to off. I also noticed...

How to fit coving around a bay window

How do I go about fitting coving round a bay window (a 'proper' bay window that is curved all the way round). The coving I was thinking of using was an Arthouse one made from 'Duropolymer'. Is it bendable at all? Cheers

Hi GCol, I never said I didn't believe him, after I posted here, I went off to google to see if I could find the answer elsewhere on the net while I was waiting for replies. I found the screwfixforum and found there were similar questions there but the questions there seemingly had different...

    Tiling Wall preparation

Hi there, I know there are a lot of other posts re-tiling but I can't see one answering my question... I have removed the old tiles from my bathroom (took all the finishing plaster with them). I am now left with the sort of 'sub' plaster - the mortar coloured plaster layer. Thing is, this is...

    Shower cycling hot/cold

I have a Gainsborough 400X which has started cycling hot / cold. No discernable difference in volume flow during this cycling. Have noticed over the past few weeks the temp getting hotter on the same temp setting. Any ideas?
