That looks like some kind of graphics card problem. You could maybe download the latest driver for the graphics card and uninstall the old one and install the new one? Might be a corrupt driver!

Hi some of the cement is missing that has been put round the bottom of outside house walls the original seals the gaps from the flags to house wall if you know what I mean? Would the missing cement eventually cause damp in the house? and what cement mix should I use to replace it?
