does anyone know if a car port between 2 buildings and open at 2 ends is rateable in n ireland? also at what rate is a garage rated compared to the dwelling? difficult to get a straight answer from rates dept about this.
thinking about fitting a 3 leg chandelier. would like to switch 1 bulb or 2 on seperate switches. dont want dimmer switch. is this possible and in keeping with proper standards?
