Nothing comes on at all! No lights pump activity nothing. Everything's all plugged in. There any way to test? Power going to switch but even the led on the switch won't come on

So my boiler was dispensing hot and cold dhw and had sprung a leak. Found the leak to be coming from the plate heat exchanger. Not long finished putting it all back together (had pcb out to find leak) and boiler won't turn on at all. Dead. Mains fuse is ok, so is one on pcb. Power going to the...
