Hi I want to change the heads of these sink basin taps (see attached photo) but unable to remove by hand to undo the screw. One of them is damaged and cracked behind. How can I do this and where can I get replacement tap heads only please for this tap? Thanks in advance for any help please...

when you say have heating switched off is that boiler can still be on but heating not on and radiators cold

will putting wd40 on the bleed valve help ?
