Tiling kitchen floor white haze/ do I need to seal!

Interesting about what you said, I've spoken to two tilers and also Tile Giant and all three, along with some searching online said the white hazing is an effect from both coming through the back as well as micro pores absorbing the grout. I don't have them particular tiles but they are a very...

Tiling kitchen floor white haze/ do I need to seal!

Unfortunately you have fallen for the same trap as I have with my bathroom it seems!!! The trick is to seal on the BACK of the tile as well as the front, it can suck adhesive through the tile. You also need to seal the tile before grouting or else it does what you have and I have. I've tried...

Where to buy these split face tiles ....

Hi, I'm not sure if it's what you want, but I have very similiar stuff called, "Black Sparkle Split Face Slate Mosaic REF:732325". It's not the same design (one thin, then thick, then thin) but it is similar. I've had issues in regards to putting them on the wall with adhesive while rushing...

White haze on black splitface tiles

So I rushed the job and then due to many factors didn't get chance until not to address this. I put black split face tiles up in my kitchen (has a slight sparkle in it) and used a kitchen adhesive to put them up which is the cream colour. So when putting them up I did my best to clean up as I...

New Build - Venetian Blinds - Bay Window?

What size are the woods? as you'll need to make sure you have the correct fastening due to weight as well as the force you'll make pulling them up etc. Fittings are easy enough, get to Screwfix etc and look to get a 6mm cobalt drill bit. Use this to drill through, reason being the drill bit...
