    Very high boiler pressure

when you say "switch on" do you mean turn the heating on? if you drain off some water, bleeding a rad or using the drain off you should be ok. However if it starts rising again even when heating off then u have a problem

    leaking from pressure relief pipe

1.5 is a good level. maybe you put a bit too much pressure in initially. Keep an eye on the relief pipe for more drips. you may need a replacement prv. easy on that model boiler.

Repressurised my worcester 37dci and get this?

Nope, nothing to worry about unless it seems permantly flashing. it's a safety feature.

    plug no longer sealing

No, it's hard to describe. A large mechanism underneath the bath where the waste pipe connects to the plug. ah, just noticed it's a Viega. possibly uses vacuum to close? I'm a gas engineer not a plumber so not really a clue  I didnt have it fitted, would have been happy with a...

Worcester 24i junior Combi-boiler no longer working

It does sound like a pcb fault. I've known them run the fan permanently. There's definately no flashing light? Does the fan still run even if there is no demand for either heating or hot water?

    plug no longer sealing

Hi all, new to this forum and hope someone might be able to asist. My bath plug is no longer holding water, it's one of the twist to open /close types . Ideal standard i think. It's only 2 years old, but due my 1 year old son having eczma bath oil i fear the rubber seal may either have...

    Very high boiler pressure

is the pressure high only when heating on? if it is continuously high, check the filling loop has not been left on. if not, it could be a secondary heat exchanger fault. what boiler is it?

    leaking from pressure relief pipe

If your pressure gauge only reads two, then it's probably one of two things: damaged PRV (pressure relief valve) opening too early. should open a 3bar. or a blocked presure gauge and the actual pressure is in excess of 3bar. is it still dripping or has it stopped? what is the current pressure?

Ravenheat boiler - no hot water

Sounds like the diaphragm in the diverter valve has failed. the symptom for the hot water (running it fast in order to work) is a common one. Only problem is access to the diaphragm, the whole valve usually has to come out, or gas valve removal is needed. either way, service kit=cheap, labour...

    Baxi 80e Boiler

difficult to say, may be something is loose ie screws, or could be gas valve/fan or pump. does it have a pattern to it? Also, check your pressure gauge for the boiler if it is below 0.5, it could be causing extra noise in the boiler

Repressurised my worcester 37dci and get this?

It's not a fault code. This symbol denotes the boiler is in "syphon fill mode". Basically, it will flash this symbol for approx 8 mins when a fresh demand for heating is on. It denotes that the boiler is in minimum gas rate and in theory means the condensate syphon will be full before the...
