    Have noticed this evening whilst checking over and watching what the boiler is doing that it is also clicking off intermittently for a split second quite randomly. I increased the tempreture to get the boiler working and at this point the howling quietly begins,the minute i stop demand it stops.

    Have looked tonight and in the commisioning section it says to check the operational(working)gas inlet pressure & rate...this was definately not done!

    Yes your correct. I spoke to the plumber he claimed that the boiler rectifies itself/auto adjusting. I have looked at the manual tonight and it quite clearly states a manual check of inlet pressure should be done.
