You could try to remove air separator, put in your own. H. 22mm is best also turn pump to 2. This can help.

I am a heating engineer. , have any other fitters had as many problems with ferolli boilers. They have installed. I've fitted over 150. And had problems with at least 90. It's very embarrassing with customer complaints and ferroli are not very helpful atall
