I have a 4m x 3m single storey pitched roof extension (1980s) and I am looking to get it re-tiled as there are a number of broken tiles etc.
I've had one quote at £1500 using reclaimed welsh slates and the other at £1850 using "natural slate to be decided" - no mention of Welsh or other...
