    Thanks for your kind help. I can lift the metal inner drum about half inch! and the outer doesnt move. and that would indicate the noise then from the clanking sounds. What does this mean? I thought there should be a little slack . Thanks

    I've noticed that the TRV is on the left as apposed to the right on all the other Rads. Could this be the problem, they have conencted the pipework backup wrong or does it not matter which side the TRV's are placed. Thanks
