ok thanks for the replies, The pipes are copper pipes, it's not a new system, i would say about 15 years old. Heigth from the floor is something like 17 cm, diameter of the pipes is around 5 cm. i need to lower it about 1 cm which is not that much. Is it a nightmare to do it? Don't fancy...

Dear all, I have a problem with one of my radiator which is really to high i find of the floor and it's a problem for cabinets and all that. Can the copper pipes that feeds the radiator be cut and adjusted to the required height or not?how can i do that? Thanks
