oh no - it's nothing fancy at all. I thought it was concrete but was told it is screed. It gives off a white powder. I like the industrial look of it and wanted to preserve it. It has blown in places as well but the shop area is sound.

Hi Im not sure this is the right place for this but here goes.. I have rented shop and the floor has been screeded. I like the look of it (white and grey marbled effect) and would like to keep it that way. I have been told that screed is just a base for the next floor type, not the finish...
