Hive wiring (yes I know another one!)

Really -as simple as that? And yep the wiring is fairly crappy looking! My inner OCD may kick in when I do it and tidy them up a bit! Many thanks!

Hi all,am after some advice about wiring Hive heating controls in to replace existing Drayton control system. Heating is I believe Y plan with seperate hot water tank and 3 port valve. I understand the Hive receiver is a straight forward clip in to existing backplate. I'm not sure about how to...

Looking for EPDM kit for flat workshop roof

There's plenty of different options about- Firestone, rubber4roofs etc. Google is your friend. The water based adhesive is for the main deck and the contact adhesive is for the perimeter/edges of the roof.

    Nustone

Looking to buy some granite paving (approx 30 sq m). Have seen some on Nustone that's pretty keenly priced. It's 20mm thick which seems a little thinner than the likes of Marshall's/bradstone etc. Is 20mm a reasonable thickness? And any reviews/ experiences with Nustone from people on here...

Changing the Hallway into a WC??

Only counts as a connection if you're making a connection to the actual sewer. If you're adding it before your soil pipe joins the sewer then as far as I can see you don't need to alert the relevant water company.

2 1/4 inch oak strip flooring restoration

We recently had our floor sanded after discovering it was hidden under the carpet in the house we bought last year. It cost us about 300 I think to get a guy into do it. It's finished with a satin junckers coat if I remember rightly. [/img]
