    Yeah mate it's just been calibrated and I retested it in my own boiler after. I've been accepted on CC now so I'll post on there from now on.

    The flue seals seem fine. I checked the sir intake and it read 0. I also lossened the case to put my probe inside for 15 minutes and it read 0. It's not leaking anything. The problem must be within the heat exchanger. I gave it a kiss and cuddle too but still no joy.

    It's last service was 16/10/10. The cert says that the initial combustion analyser reading was 10.2% and the final was 9.8% but it didn't mention the ratio. My CO2 was 8%

    I don't know who installed and commissioned it originally as it was done in 2006, but I'm assured it was installed by a gas engineer. I'm just waiting for the combustion chamber to accept me.

    Yeah pretty much spot on Dan. :( The hole thing was stripped down and cleaned out. I just can't get my head round why it's like this.

    Yeah it's shut down, meter capped and id notice issued. Just need to know what steps I should take next really.

    Hi, I serviced a Bosch Worcester 24Ri last week and also had to replace the PCB and the fan. When carrying out the gas flue analysis the reading was ridiculously high. CO/CO2 0.4216. Has anyone got an idea what might be causing this? Cheers, RobTheBuilder.
