Hi,

I serviced a Bosch Worcester 24Ri last week and also had to replace the PCB and the fan. When carrying out the gas flue analysis the reading was ridiculously high. CO/CO2 0.4216. Has anyone got an idea what might be causing this?

Cheers, RobTheBuilder.

Yeah it's shut down, meter capped and id notice issued. Just need to know what steps I should take next really.

Yeah pretty much spot on Dan. :(

The hole thing was stripped down and cleaned out. I just can't get my head round why it's like this.

I don't know who installed and commissioned it originally as it was done in 2006, but I'm assured it was installed by a gas engineer.

I'm just waiting for the combustion chamber to accept me.

It's last service was 16/10/10. The cert says that the initial combustion analyser reading was 10.2% and the final was 9.8% but it didn't mention the ratio. My CO2 was 8%
