Hi I have a neff double oven but when I turn the main oven or grill on it trips the rccd, the second oven (top) still works tho. Can any1 help?

Can any1 help me with advise as to how to change the jumper setting? I've changed the pcb but now have fault code H3. I understand I need to change the setting to 1 2 5 but don't know how.
