Thank for your replies. The other thing I've noticed is that the flue isn't straight. When you look at it from outside it goes uphill, ie the open end is higher than the boiler end. To me, rain could enter couldn't it?

I have just had a new Worcester boiler fitted but the magnafilter is tilted by Chippenhamquite a bit. Visually it doesn't look great but the plumbers are back to finish itn off tomorrow so should I request they straighten it up. I guess it could affect performance?

After a lot of research I decided to change my leaking diverter valve on Worcester Bosch 230i. Now the boiler won't fire. The fan comes on and the pilot ignites but it doesn't fully fire up. Any ideas?
