    out of interest, why use 123 rather than BIN. Ive read lots of the debates but found no definitive answers. The general thinking is use oil based (hence my choice of BIN) to cover water stains... What are your thoughts?

    oh sh$t the house is falling down

    Had some problems with blown render on external wall and now notice this: see photo. It looks like the gable wall has not been keyed in and is falling away from the house. Several builders have suggested putting steels through to tie the walls back together... Any thoughts?
