hi people,friend of mine taken down old pullcord in bathroom asked me to have a look,4black wires in connector block,4 red wires on their own and 4 earths, pullcord has com L1 and L2 any ideas on how to connect them would be much appreciated

thanks for that, why no dedicated switch for fan is it for safety reasons cheers

had an extractor fan fitted in new bathroom through local council,when bathroom light is switched on fan comes on when light is turned of fan stays on for time any reason for this,also there is no dedicated switch fitted to control the fan could someone enlighten me please thanks for any comments
