No, it's a weird plug, I think it's something to do with the pressure, but it won't budge

How do I remove a Gainsborough 8.5 SE shower from the water inlet? The Inlet plug seems to be in the way, but I have no idea on how to acually take it off from it. I've tried pulling it, but that got me no where. Can anyone help?
