Gainsborough 8.5 se Shower - How do I remove it

How do I remove a Gainsborough 8.5 SE shower from the water inlet? The Inlet plug seems to be in the way, but I have no idea on how to acually take it off from it. I've tried pulling it, but that got me no where.

Can anyone help?

No, it's a weird plug, I think it's something to do with the pressure, but it won't budge

Sometimes they are a tight fit to remove , Just slacken off the Brass nut anticlockwise ,take out the fixing screws and give it a "jiggle" left to right while applying pressure either upwards or sidewards and it should come loose.
