    Recommended decking protection?

I've used Ronseal decking protector(natural finish) on my shed because i wanted it to remain as close in colour to natural wood as possible. i was very pleased with the results. it darkened it very slightly though but the natural appearance is very good.

    Flaking Paint on External Render

best bet is to remove all flaking paint. either with a scraper or pressure washer. treat all walls with a fungicidal wash. seal with a proprietary exterior stabiliser/primer then re-paint. Wobbly fence post repair

If the post is rotten at the bottom then the only other way of holding it with out replacing it (which i would recommend) Is to brace it either off the shed or other fixed point with a piece of batten or with a stay driven into the ground away from the base of the post and fixed to the post at...

    Shed on raised decking frame

    Wire Worms

As far as i'm aware there is no control available once the crop has been planted. My advice would be to carefully lift the tubers(if possible) and replant them in new compost. discard the old compost/soil to the dump or somewhere where no suceptable crops are grown

how to paint oiled iron window hinges?

agreed. Use a degreasing solvent to make sure they are thoroughly clean. Remove traces of rust prime then paint or paint with white hammerite which wont require priming.

    Polycell all purpose filler

Might be best to get powdered filler next time which has a longer shelf life and can be mixed to your desired consistency.Regards

    Paint extender

If its water based emulsion you are using then thin it down with clean water! This is fine as a mist coat for bare plaster and filler but if the walls and ceiling are already covered with emulsion i wouldn't bother to thin it down its that thick for a reason!
