    DHW luke warm.

Hi all I have a 10 year old Potterton Performa 28. Recently fitted a new diverter valve and my DHW is still only luke warm. Bath temp is around that which you could bathe a baby in. CH is perfect though. Any ideas what the problem is?

potterton performer 28 leaking diverter valve

Hi Tony Thanks for the reply. I assume it's mains water that's leaking as it's always cold even when the heating is on and there's no loss in pressure.

hi all Have the above problem. Put a 3ltr container below the valve last night and it was a gnats knacker from being full this morning. It's coming from the join that's just in front of the two holding screws that hold the circular piece (can't remember the name). Does this join need a...

    fan/ flue issues

Hi Tony, he's Gas safe registered. He just fits them though! The firm has a separate maintenance team who troubleshoot. I only got him in for advice before it cost me a fortune. (should've took out the service plan eh?)

    fan/ flue issues

Hi All Potterton Performer 28 Combi. No h/w or c/h. Flashing warning light for the above. Checked the flue for blockages and it's fine. Plumber work mate took the casing off and can't see any obvious problems. Is there a way to check what is causing the fault? He suggested APS first then fan.

thanx fellas. Tried both methods suggested without any change. Ran a bath for the kids tonight and with the hot full on, it was only just warm enough for my toddler. diverter prob? would this be the cheapest possible fix for me and would it involve a gas fitter?
