What would be the best way to fix these cracks in the edge of a juliet balcony. There doesn't seem to be any cracks on the balcony itself just the very end of it. Is this something a handyman/decorator could do or do I need a specialist render repair company? Thanks!

haha yes its definetly broken - the whole handle came off in my hand and the metal spindle bit has sheared off. I just tried shoving it back on to see if i could get away with that but there's no chance - it immediately falls off again if you actually try and use it.
