Lifespan of an Epdm rubber roof system will last in excess of 50 years if installed correctly. I guess the beauty of this system is that the sheet would be in 1 piece so there are no joints to fail.

Its not detrimental to the water proofing. However its always good practice to have water run off. Already some good advice on setting falls and routering out around the outlets. Its a shame as the product if fitted correctly is a long term solution. You also have to look out for ponding...

As already mentioned. Firestone do a 1.5mm heavy duty grade. Usually offered if extra foot traffic. Also aesthetically it does lay better as it hides any gaps in the boards etc. Same life span though 50 years plus

The adhesive soaks into the fleece and still gives a good bond. Hard for me to say that being a Firestone distributor...But at least its the truth. Good product to be fair
