    Lifespan of an Epdm rubber roof system will last in excess of 50 years if installed correctly. I guess the beauty of this system is that the sheet would be in 1 piece so there are no joints to fail.

    As already mentioned. Firestone do a 1.5mm heavy duty grade. Usually offered if extra foot traffic. Also aesthetically it does lay better as it hides any gaps in the boards etc. Same life span though 50 years plus
