    I am an alarm installer. The enforcer is the best kit at the moment in my opinion. £650 for that amount of kit, installed in London is a decent price

    firstly, what do you deem a lot of money? With CCTV you pretty much get what you pay for. you would be best to have the camera to go back to a recorder. I could get you a 1080p HD camera and recorder for £340. All you would need is a bit of Cat5 cable as the camera is powered off the DVR...

    Recommendations for wireless home CCTV system

    wireless cctyv is pretty poor. Im a sales manager for a fire and security company in Scotland. - Go wired, that's my advice!! There should be ways and means of getting some cable around your home- loft/soffit? If it's tight you can use a single CAT5 rather than a Coax & Flex. Dave
