I'm after replacement seals for a wooden casement window, as you can hopefully see in the picture. These are the foam filled type, with a stiff spine that pushes into a slot in the frame, approx 10mm in each direction. Can anyone point me to a website to get these - there are a lot of seals...

Hi all In the shared area outside our flat we've got a strip light which has gone and I'd like to replace the tube. However, there's no switch as it's always on, there's just this: Is this a switch? And if so what tool do I need to, er, switch it? Thanks gs
