    Damp lean to brickwork - high patio

    Hi the brickwork of my lean to is damp and has algae on which also spreading to floor. I know the patio has been laid too high by previous owners, but they have cut a channel out. This just fills up with rainwater and makes the bricks wet. The brick wall seems to be single skin. I’m not sure...

    Asbestos ?

    Have removed some fitted wardrobes. Seems there is a section of the exterior wall that is boarded rather than solid as per rest. It’s a Victorian House. Can any tell from pic below if this is asbestos sheet?

    Asbestos insulation board or plasterboard

    Hi have removed some old built in wardrobes. Seems the external wall behind it has a section that is boarded rather than solid as the rest of wall. It looks like quite a strange board material (woven). Does anyone know if this is asbestos from the photos?

    Wall socket moved, is it ok to plaster?

    An electrician moved a wall socket along a few inches for me. Is it safe to fill in the hole (using deep gap polyfilla) even though the old box/wires are still there? See pic.
