Hi, my BCO officer said that the air ducts can be run through either the hardcore, concrete or insulation in the slab. Personally I don't think id like to lose insulation. Does anyone have any advise on what part of the build up to run it through? Is it ok to make my existing air bricks to suite...

Thanks for this information. I take it I have to make my new Dpc level the same as existing? It's just that my dpc level is about 2 courses below finished floor level. When I do my floor slab does that membrane below the concrete have to tie in with my dpc or can I make it higher? Many thanks
