    Righto, removed the flow adapter and it basically disintegrated in my hand, I cleaned the bits out of the return manifold and fitted a new adapter wit fresh O rings but it's still leaking out of the unused port!!(but not nearly as much) I can only assume that the plastic in the housing is also...

    Thanks for he reply, if the flow adapter is the part causing the leak would the water be rising up out of the unused port? I hope so as this looks like a much easier fix! :)
