When I disarm the alarm, is it possible to have a part set suite automatically select? For example you enter your house, however the garage is still armed, unless you then fully disarm the panel?

Set my ComWiFi up, and can connect by wintex or by the app. However, when I enter my email address, I never receive an email with a account code so I can program the panel up to enable notifications. Any one offer any advice ?
